Program scope
These terms govern a publisher’s approved use of the Fundo Lab Publisher Program, including managed delivery or direct integration, publisher reporting, payout statements, and related support. Applying does not guarantee approval or create an account.
Publisher responsibilities
Publishers must provide accurate business information, use approved apps and surfaces only, preserve Rewardic tracking links, avoid misleading traffic practices, and comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and any written integration requirements.
Traffic and conversions
Only valid, non-test activity and approved conversions are eligible for publisher reporting and earnings. Invalid activity, duplicate activity, reversals, and chargebacks may be excluded or represented as deductions in a later payout period.
Payouts
Publisher payouts use Net 30 terms unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Payouts require an approved payout method and may be placed on hold while ownership, compliance, or payment information is verified.
Confidentiality and access
Publisher credentials and integration information must be protected. Publisher accounts may access only their own apps, reporting, payouts, and invoices. Internal network terms, rates, and Fundo Lab financial information remain confidential.
Suspension and termination
Fundo Lab may suspend access for security, policy, legal, payment, or traffic-quality reasons. Accrued eligible amounts remain subject to reconciliation, reversals, lawful withholding, and these terms.
