Information collected
We collect publisher application details, company and contact information, approved app and surface information, account authentication data, integration activity, reporting aggregates, payout-method details, payout records, invoices, support communications, and security logs.
How information is used
We use publisher information to review applications, provide secure portal access, operate integrations, calculate publisher earnings, generate payouts and statements, prevent abuse, reconcile financial records, support publishers, and meet legal obligations.
Financial and account security
Secrets and payout details are protected with access controls and encryption where appropriate. Publisher-facing services are isolated by authenticated publisher membership, and raw credentials are not returned after creation.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed for hosting, security, communications, payment processing, and compliance, or when required by law. We do not sell publisher contact information.
Retention
Applications, financial records, audit logs, and invoices are retained as needed for the program, security, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and jurisdiction.
Your choices
Authorized publisher owners may request updates to business information or ask questions about retained data. Some financial, audit, and security records cannot be deleted where continued retention is legally or operationally required.
